A Brief Review Of A Philips Baby
Over the years I have gone through several baby monitors and I have found the Philips Avent Basic Baby Monitor to provide the best value and most effective. This particular Philips monitor is one of the most admired baby monitors currently available today. I trust the Avent baby brand and I have realized that all Philips products are so reliable and well made, so I came to find that I was getting a good deal with Philips Baby Monitor.
Compared to other baby monitors that I have used, the Philips Avent monitor uses DECT technology to be able to provide crystal clear sound and transmit a static free signal. This gives me a great signal from 60 different channels, with a range of up to 330 meters. Even if I use other appliances or even my cell phone, I don’t get any signal interference on my Philips monitor which is really convenient.
It is discreet and easy to use, since the parent unit can easily be clipped on for mobility. I can adjust the volume as needed, increasing it if I’m watching TV or have the washing machine on, or lowering it when it’s more quiet. This is really handy in situations where I need to be away from my child for a few hours such as preparing his meal or cleaning up the nursery or just relaxing on my own.
I'm able to make use of this Avent baby monitor for an entire day until I have to recharge it later for maybe eight hours. The indicator lighting is useful as it helps remind me when I have to recharge the batteries. This can help to help you stay aware so you aren't caught by surprise once the battery dies all of a sudden.
